Johnson ParkCommunity Collaborations

The Fremont Area Community Foundation partners with organizations in the Fremont area to promote philanthropy and community betterment. The Foundation is also working to provide additional resources and capacity building initiatives to promote philanthropy in the area.

The Foundation has been key in the establishment of organizations such as Jefferson House and Care Corps, and continues to work with organizations to establish endowments to ensure the future of those organizations for years to come. The Foundation also works with organizations to establish special project funds.

The Foundation has also worked with several nonprofits to establish endowment funds through the “Building for the Future” program. As part of the Foundation's 30th anniversary, Field of Interest Funds were established in the areas of arts and culture, civic improvements, education, health and recreation and social services to provide grants in those specific areas.
