Paul and Liz Johnson's Reasons for Joining the Legacy Society
“We became members of the Foundation’s Legacy Society in gratitude for all the opportunity we’ve had here to raise a family and grow a business. It’s important to us that the Fremont area continue providing even more opportunity for families here in the years to come. When our alma mater, Dana College, recently closed its doors after 125 years, we were reminded that you can’t take prosperity in the future for granted. Leaving a portion of Nate and Kristina’s inheritance to the Foundation is an easy, but meaningful way for us as parents to demonstrate important values such as gratitude and sharing. We don’t know all the challenges our community will face in the future, but we’re confident that the Foundation will continue to draw on the wisdom and generosity of its citizens to figure out tomorrow’s solutions.”

Tom and Carol Waring Give Through the Legacy Society
“We have both had the privilege of serving on the Board of Directors of the Foundation, which made us aware of the tremendous benefit the Foundation offers to the Fremont area. Joining the Legacy Society is an opportunity to make a lasting contribution to the continuing positive influence of the Foundation.”
