Shop at Bakers, Support the Foundation!

Bakers is giving back to the community — and supporting the Fremont Area Community Foundation has never been easier! Bakers will generously donate a portion of each of your purchases back to the Fremont Area Community Foundation through its Community Rewards Program.

Registering is easy. All you have to do is go online and enroll your Bakers Plus card in Bakers Community Rewards. Designate the Fremont Area Community Foundation as your charity of choice to receive the Bakers contributions. Then, every time you use your Bakers Plus card you’ll support the programs and impact of FACF. It’s that simple!

PLEASE NOTE: If you registered for the Bakers Community Rewards Program in 2015, please register again to complete your enrollment for 2016 by following the instructions below.

Here’s how to register online:

  1. Go to https://www.bakersplus.com/communityrewards.
  2. Click on “Sign In” or “Create an Account.” (For new online customers: click on the “Create an Account” button.)
  3. Sign up for a Bakers Rewards Account by entering your email address and creating a password. Then, add your ZIP code to select your favorite store and agree to the terms and conditions. You will receive a confirmation email to thank you for registering.
  4. Enter your Bakers Plus card number or alternate ID information and click “Save.”
  5. Click on “Enroll Now” under the Bakers Community Rewards page.
  6. Enter your address information and click “Save.”
  7. Enter NPO number 44242  or select “Fremont Area Community Foundation” from the list and click "Enroll" to confirm.

If you have enrolled correctly, you will see FACF on your account summary page beneath "Community Rewards."

Please take ten minutes to register your card! (Your purchases will not count until after you do.) If you do not have a Bakers Plus card, they are available at the Bakers customer service desk and provide a number of cost-saving benefits and promotions for shoppers.

In order to keep donations coming to Fremont Area Community Foundation, you must re-enroll on an annual basis.
